tags aren't populating on templates

We rolled over our forms and responses for the next school year, which started 7/1/26.  Since then, several of our autocrat jobs have not been pulling the merged fields to the template and we have to manually type them in.  What can we do?

When I delete the merged document and run the job manually, the merged fields populate.  It seems to be an issue with the run on form trigger.

I have noticed the same issue with the form trigger. When a job is completed on the form trigger for me, some of the fields on the template are populated and some of them are not. Similarly, when I rerun the job manually, it correctly populates all of the fields.

Some assistance figuring this out would be helpful.

I'm not sure if this is the case for ProjectAdmin Unknown, but I discovered that when the form trigger runs, all of the fields being populated have only standard text in them. The ones that are not being populated on the form trigger (but do when run manually) have cell values that are unicode characters. In my case, they are the unicode characters ☒ and ☐.

That would seem to suggest that there's an issue with the form trigger not populating non-standard text characters. Has any else encountered this?
