I'm getting the same error message, but it goes away when I take out the tables.  I've used tables in the past at a different school, I don't understand why they don't work now!

The error is caused because autocrat couldn't find any merge tags.

I know there is a problem with finding merge tags inside a table on a Google slide.

You must be doing something different than before.

Autocrat does not like templates that were created in something besides Google, a Word document, for example.
