Autocrat: TypeError: Cannot read property "details" from undefined

I used to use autocrat for making certificates, however, recently, I tried to rum it again and just get the message " TypeError: Cannot read property "details" from undefined". How can I correct that?

I cannot use autocrat without getting this error.

Hi Joe Hoping you can help me. I have the same issue. I could do it 2 weeks ago and since the Autocrat issues after tht, I keep getting this error soon after it tells me it will merge 6 rows.

I have managed to create the certificate as Google Slide but the PDF option is not working. It gives TypeError: Cannot read property "details" from undefined just after it show a message that 6 records will be processed. The status shows Starting at Thu Feb 19 2026 07:17:22 GMT-0500 (EST)
