Autocrat Creating Duplicates when Merging

Good afternoon, 

I have noticed that when creating a multi-page PDF that the correct number of pages are being created, but they are using duplicates of the same early data. So I have 288 rows that are supposed to be merged, but the 288 envelopes are just repeatedly merging the first 40-50 names in the spreadsheet.

I tried removing the data and re-adding it, but the same issue happened. Is it related to the other error users are reporting today that their merge tags are no longer merging?

Same thing is happening to many of us.  They fixed the quota error over the weekend... but this error keeps happening to me whenever I run my autocrat job.  

I have 1196 rows, and it's coming out to only 86 or so names (each repeating about 20 pages).
