getting error with permissions

Since Google added tighter securities we can no longer use autoCrat across our DCPS district, Are there new API setting for Google Admin? 
Errors we are getting
 1. You need to  resolve your template permissions issue, 
2. You need to resolve your folder permission issue. 
It was working correctly  until 11-8-23 then stopped working.

Are you sure you still have access to the template and output destination?

Autocrat will not work with Shared or Team drives.

You might want to try sharing the files with your personal email account.  If it runs when only signed onto your personal account, I suspect something in the settings of your workplace account.

Security and knowing a lot about workplace accounts is above my paygrade.

we have made no changes to documents or file locations,  it just stopped working for anyone using autoCrat, I have tried clearing cache, uninstalled virus protection, firewall, and rolled back google OS to 117 and still will not run still getting same error.  

We have several users in our district that are getting the same errors,

I think you need to talk to your Workplace admins.  I don't see a lot of other institutions saying that Autocrat quit working for them.

Maybe someone who has had to make changes will help.
