'Data storage error'

Hello,

I keep getting emails saying 'Data storage error' for numerous sheets (as I write I have 8 emails all saying data storage error) the sheets each of the emails are referencing are sheets that have not yet been used so no new information has been processed via the form, most are still being tested so only have maybe one or two rows of test data,

None of the merge columns state anything other than 'document successfully created~ etc' none of the cells below have any error messages, there are still up to 500 lines below the last form entry, so it isnt the form being restricted, also I have the Google with unlimited storage so that is not an issue,

Is this something to worry about?

I have received emails with the Data storage error multiple times as well from different sheets.

Thank you for reporting this issue, can you confirm if you are in fact seeing problems with the Autocrat job running correctly or are you just receiving emails saying there was an error?

If you look on your spreadsheets, does this error message land in any of the merge status columns?

I have not received any of these error emails today either. As for your question, no, the Autocrat jobs seem to run perfectly fine.

I just checked the one I got earlier today and there was no error report in the Google sheet and the document did merge correctly.

It seems that it was just an email sent from all of my sheets, I ran a new test on a couple of sheets and it seemed fine, there was no errors showing in the merge columns,

Hello all,

Thank you so much for reporting back what you are seeing; it appears right now that automated error emails were received by some users but that the connected jobs are running as expected.

These automated error emails can happen if Autocrat hits an issue while attempting to check a job or run a merge job but usually, Autocrat will try again resulting in the job running as expected. This scenario might have been what was happening here, I am still unclear on what caused the 'Data Storage' error to initially occur, and will continue to monitor this situation. 

For right now, I am happy to hear these error emails seem to be more of an alert ( and a bit of an inbox nuisance) but not actually indicating a problem in functionality.

I got the same 'data storage error' (starting on 8/3), but my jobs didn't run!  I just checked it today and ran it manually and they went through, but I'm worried that new jobs aren't going to run.  Any updates on this?
