Emails blocked by gmail mailbox

Hello, 

I just opened a Google Workplace account for my school. Autocrat works fine : pdfs are created and e mails are sent. But the e mails bounce back on the mailer-daemon of the gmail mailbox that sends the e mails. I receive them in my gmail mailbox with an error message. I paste the error message at the end of this post. 

I found old posts on this Community (in October 2020) that mention the same problem. It seems that after a while, when the first billing occurs, the problem is solved. Is that true ? Or is there something else to do ?

I am presently experiencing this error as well. It says sent on the autocrat data rows, but immediately bounces. This has been going on since Tuesday Evening for me. 

Anyone have any thoughts? Been working with GSuite support and I am not getting very far. 

From Message trace in the admin console I see this for all the messages autocrat tries to send.

Received from an SMTP client with IP address: 50.xx.xx.xx (Not encrypted)  <<-- the interesting note here, is that is my public IP address on my internet connection here.

I just re-tried after the first payment to check if it worked... And it doesn't. 

@e.goo, did you find any solution ? 

Anybody else found another solution ?
