CC and BCC not working?

I've been testing this spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/10WRMGZZb0Be9i2zkEJLfhNIBcp-GNbtB2Cm4I_Ezr1E/edit?gid=0#gid=0 with the "course 1" configuration in Autocrat, and no matter what I do, the emails don't come through in the cc and bcc lines that I input. The spreadsheet shows that it successfully sent everything, but the only email that actually arrives is whoever is in the "to" line. 

I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've run it from an incognito window. I've tried sending to different email clients—Google and Outlook—and it doesn't seem to matter. I've even put both emails in the To line—<<Email>>, mye...@email.org— and it still only sends to the first email. The emails listed in cc and bcc don't receive it. 

Please advise!

What shows in the Sent folder?  I suspect they have been sent.  I would talk to the Workplace Admins or the IT folks that maintain the domain.

Try sending the emails to personal accounts to see if it is related to the domain?

You're right, it does send correctly when I'm having it sent to personal emails outside our organization, it's just not delivering them to our organizational emails. I'll ask our IT.
