It indicates that the email you are trying to send to is invalid.  Check that you are using the correct column and that the emails are valid.

I have noticed on some of my forms that that the “Email address” field created on the Form responses tab has changed to “Email”

This caused send fails for me when I included <<Email address>> in the distribution

You need to reference the column by whatever is in row one.  That is the title that must me used to identify the which column contains the email address.

Google doesn't usually change the name of the question when it stores the data.
