I have Autocrat before and it worked fine but this year (and i only do this once a year) Step 3 is now allowing me to map the Source Data Fields to the Template.  The fields are named the same.  They are

<<LAST>> <<FIRST>> <<hole>>

See attached file.

Did you copy the merge tags in your template?  Try redoing the template but type in the merge tags.

Thanks Joe... Funny but that worked.  Now I just have to figure out how to move it to the next record.  These are address labels and I would like one label per row in my spreadsheet.  In Word I would use <<NEXT RECORD>> but that doesn't appear to work here.  Any ideas?

There is no "next record" function in Autocrat.  For simple labels, I recommend https://www.avery.com/myaccount/projects.  You download a CSV file and import the file into your Avery Project.

Thanks Joe.. .that is too bad that there is no "next record" function.  I have tested out the project on avery.  Seems to work well.  Thanks for the tip. Previously I kept going to the Avery Design and Print which only allows 25 records and 10 merges.  And then you need to pay.

Learned a lot this morning already!!

I use hundreds of rows at Avery.  I hope you found the correct option.  In Autocrat, you can build a template with a merge tag for each label.  Then use transpose to summarize 30 rows into one.  Unless you are dealing with photos, it is much easier to use Avery.

Multiple records per page. Might be useful.
