Authorization Needed with opening Auto Crat?

When I try to open Auto Crat to run a report it says I need authorization?

There are no other gmail accounts open in my browser.

What happens when you click on the OK button?

Make certain that you are not signed on to multiple accounts.

Try clearing the cache or a different browser.  I use Chrome.

Try removing Autocrat and adding it back. 

One of the above should help.
