drop down menus not displaying text

I am trying to "Map source data to template" I am not seeing the titles for the various columns. This is also happening in the for trigger section. The pop-up window (drop-down) is completely blank.

Help!

Hi Kevin,

Check that the 'Merge tab' drop down is set to the correct sheet.

If that is not the issue, I would try and open in an incognito window.

Yes, it is in the correct sheet. I found out that the drop-down for that one is also not displaying text.
