Autocrat is not firing on Form Submit

The Autocrat job is running successfully if manually run, but it does not execute on Form Submit.

I have tried it on a brand new form, to double-check. Same results.

Same problem here. Works manually but not on form submit. I've tried all troubleshooting and conclude that there is a bug.

For me just out of the blue it has started working again. Maybe someone has fixed the bug.

There's still something not quite right. I took off the time triggers which I had been using as a workaround and then Autocrat created documents and said that the documents had been emailed but there were no emails. When I put the time triggers back on everything worked with the generation of documents and emails being triggered by the submission of forms.
