Run from form trigger doesn't work

I choose "yes" for run-on form trigger, but it doesn't work while it usually works with different documents. I tried to run it manually and it works perfectly.

Are you using a Google Form?  Try removing the triggers in the opening menu.  Then close Autocrat and reopen and set the triggers.

I got this problem for a last few month from the sheet I have been using beautifully for a couple years. I tried to remove the triggers (both time and form) and reenable them. It worked somehow for a few days and I need to redo it. I believe there have been some changes in GSuite to limit autorun?

I also have my other scripts running in the same sheets. Not sure that is an issue?

Click on the manage triggers and remove the triggers.  That will also remove the triggers from the merge job.

Close Autocrat to save the changes.  Open Auttocrat and set the triggers.

That usually fixes problems with the triggers.

I have 2 problem sheets- 1 is populated by a google form, the other by app script

A form trigger will only work if a Google Form is used to submit the data to the Sheet. For the sheet you state is populated by a Google Form you'll need to explore why it is failing. Has the form trigger ever worked on this sheet? For the sheet that's being populated by a script you'll need to rely on the time trigger as the Form trigger will not work.

For the merge on the sheet with the Google Form, is the merge written on the responses sheet or another sheet in the spreadsheet?

I have found that the merge job works best if it is on the Responses sheet.

Does the merge run manually?

I need to limit the trigger to run every 3 hour to make it work in my case. More frequent doesn't seem work.

Success! Thanks to Joe Schmidt who helped me identify the problem. Issue is because this particular sheet is not populated from a Google form so I have had to use a time trigger.

On my other sheet which is populated from a Google Sheet I followed the full deactivate of all triggers, turning them all off in manage triggers and then back on again via the job

There must be something in your data that doesn't appear every hour.  If set to hourly, it will search for rows to process every hour.  If there are none, it does nothing.

It it works for you, that is fine.

There are probably some changes in google side. My sheets autocrat that I setup in many years ago stop working the way it should. Remove the triggers and reinstate it works for a few days. After that I need to do manualcrat.
