Autocrat not loading

Hello,

It has been a while now, like 2-3 weeks, I can't even load autocrat.
I have the 3 blobs for hours.
I tried :
  • incognito chrome => not working, 
  • disconnecting/reconnecting on my g account => not working
I really need this to work as I use it for my current work.
Do you have a fix ?

Does Autocrat load on a personal computer using your personal Google Account?  Not using a company account or computer.

I I suspect that someone change some security settings.  See /help-center/certifyem-and-google-workspace for settings for add-ons.  Maybe that will help.

Hey Joseph,

I actually found the problem.
Number of collumns

Apparently the Addon cant go higher 150.

I just did an importrange to reduce it to around 70 ans it works afterwards.

Im having problem to open the autocrat. It appear blank as the picture below. What should i do? Thanks in advance

It also appear overlap with each other.

See possible solution  If this fixes your issue, you may want to check with your WorkPlace administrator.  Autocrat might be being blocked.

I got this from NewVisions.  

In the past I have seen this occur if a user has an ad-blocker installed or if their domain installed a web-filtering software - both of these can cause the Autocrat modal to have display errors.

Try an incognito window that might bypass the ad-blocker.

If you are using an ad-blocker, try turning it off.  Make sure your domain hasn't installed web-filtering software.
