The issue I have is that Autocrat does not send an email – pdf document out to users. Merge works fine but the documents are not sent out.

I have 12 autocrat sheets that worked perfectly using my personal email @Gmail.com and still do.
I purchased G-Suite and now using my business email with G-Suite.
I copied all my files (sheets, forms and slides) to new Google Drive that belong now to my business email account. Successfully Installed Autocrat application on my G-Suite.
Trigger runs, Merge works, emails not sent out.
Would really appreciate help here.
Few point ..
1. The spreadsheet and other files are not stored on a Team or Shared Drive. They all stored on Google Drive under my G-Suite Google Account
2. I followed multiple times steps recommended earlier.
§ Go to
"Manage triggers" and check that the triggers you want are enabled
Then:
§ 1. disable the trigger and click SAVE
§ 2. enable it again and click SAVE (very important).
§ 3. After that, go to the job, turn on the time/ form trigger, click SAVE(very important).
§ 4. close Autocrat. re-open Autocrat, go to Manage Triggers page, make sure you can see the Trigger Owner info and My Triggers info.

I am having the same issues. Autocrat will send the email to my personal email address (junk folder, but still), but not to my work email in the G Suite. Am interested to see if there's some help with this!
