Has anyone received the error message below in Autocrat? Please help!

Are you trying to use a shared or team drive? I don't believe Autocrat works with these.

I believe this may be the issue. We have been using this set up with a shared drive since 2019. What would you suggest next steps should be?

It is my understanding that Google has not provided a way for Autocrat two work on a shared or team drive.
You can share the files using the share options.
Try on you account and it should work.

Okay, so now the error message changed slightly.
Under "Document Merge Status" it is giving this now: Failed to create doc (ERR:API call to drive.files.copy failed with error: Increasing the number of parents is not allowed) Also, in the Merged Doc ID column and Link to Merged doc column it says N/A.
I am not using a shared drive or team drive, however I am using a "shared folder"
What should I do?

you have edited the autocrat job(s) so that they are trying to access the correct folders?

Hello all,
Just to recap quickly, so basically you can no longer have a "Destination Folder" and a "Secondary Folder Key" for your merged docs anymore. It has to be one or the other?

That is correct. You can only use one option.
