DMRC Fail using Autocrat with Google Spreadsheet

I sent out a batch of emails and most are ending up in spam folders. This is a recent problem as I have not had this type of issue in the past. I did a web search and read this could be a domain issue and to check if SPF, DKIM, and DMARC pass a test send. SPF and DKIM both passed, but I am getting a DMARC fail. We are a small office and not vey tech savvy, so can anyone reply with an easy to follow explanation with steps as to how to resolve?

I’ve waiting for the developers to respond with something but it’s just been the same tips that don’t seem to work for everybody or at all for that matter.

It sucks being without the software this long and I’m now seeking a paid alternative.

Trust me it’s not as hard as it appears. Try using Claude AI to help you along the way. I used to it to build a script when the system first went down and it worked just fine however because of the intricacies of the document I created I wasn’t able to merge documents into one single file like autocrat which is why I’ve been waiting for a solution. 

If your issue is minor and you simply need to create documents and have a spreadsheet id suggest a free software like -

If your problem is complex and contains sensitive information I’d suggest waiting for a solution or learning how to write script yourself inside app script.

Thanks. I'm just trying to resolve a DMARC fail so emails I send aren't getting routed to spam, which I understand will happen if SPF/DKIM/DMARC fail.
