Trigger problems

I know there are trigger problems in the 3.0 version... but has anyone had success troubleshooting? I've turned them off, back on. Disabled, re-enabled them... nothing seems to work.
Anyone have a suggestion?

I am having the same problems here as well, it triggers when I go into the spreadsheet but nothing else has been working.
