No se porque pero eso lo pasa conmigo tambien. 

¿Tiene algo en el “footer”? 

Yo cambio el espacio al tamaño 8 y el espacio que añade es más chiquito.

Se tiene alguna solución? 

continua pasando lo mismo en el escenario cuando existe tablas a partir de la 2da hoja agrega un salto de linea y afecta la plantilla.
