Autocrat Not Sending Emails

I'm having the same error. I've gone back in and clicked to Share, but it doesn't "save." I've set up a lot of these and it looks like all are doing this.

Look at the status column. There should be a message about sending the email.

It’s not saying that it’s emailing. The doc is created and sent to the right folder. But that is after I ran it manually.

The setting for Share where you add the email address is not saving. And the last step is not saving to run on submission. I have edited and tried a few times.

Thanks for the additional information. I didn't understand. I wonder if your school is blocking parts of Autocrat.

Try an incognito window in Chrome. That should ensure that you are signed onto only one account. It also bypasses some software blockers.

Try using your personal email address. If you can save without setting up any triggers, that is a difference.

I think you will benefit in talking with the IT folks.

Thanks. Our domain doesn’t allow incognito mode though. And my template has a ton of triggers. I’m going to test a smaller one tomorrow. This form and corresponding template/triggers is very large. Is there a limit?

I have run similar autocrats before on my work account (every year I set up for our school district) but will discuss with our IT guy tomorrow.

I think you mean merge tags. I don't know of an exact number but over a hundred is a lot of merge tags. There could have been a change to the workplace account.

Make sure you are only signed onto one account. I agree that testing with a small spreadsheet and merge is a good idea.
