New to AutoCrat - Error Message

Good Afternoon - 

I have a google sheet that is using the Autocrat Ext and I am using it for the first time. 

Ultimately, it is collecting data from a Google Form that is being filled out daily. Once a threshold is met (3 time on the list, 6th time, 9th, etc) certain information is pulled to another tab where there is a mail merge letter that is created based on the information pulled. 

It was working through the end of August but it is now returning the following error. 

The Google Sheets add-on AutoCrat is set to run automatically at a specific time interval, when a form is submitted, or both.

The add-on recently ran but was not able to complete successfully for the following reason:

We're sorry, a server error occurred. Please wait a bit and try again.

I don't see any changes made and I am not sure what this error might be so I can start looking for fixes.  This has been the error message for approximately two weeks. Any general help would be greatly appreciated!

Did you wait a bit and try again?  Frequently, these are temporary error messages.
