Duplicate cell Link to merged Doc on every new row

Hi all,

I have two separate jobs that i manage with condition setup that triggers on form submission, the problem as can see in the photo, every time i submit a new entry in duplicates the former cell from Link to merged Doc column in each job, very strange.
any suggestions how to solve ?

I don't have a solution, but I am having this same issue as well. The job is a time trigger job with a cell condition. There are rows that have no Merged Document ID (accurately) since they did not meet the condition, however they all have the Link to Merged doc of that last successful row. Just started getting this on a job we set on the 19th, and rows created after that. This is first job I have running on a time trigger with a condition though too.

This has been happening to me since around December-ish. I keep going in and resetting the triggers and then it will work for a while and then it happens again and again. I've even tried to connect the form to a new spreadsheet and it would work for a while and then it would start doing that same thing over and over again. I thought it was some sort of corrupt copydown but I can't figure out what it's doing.
