You Need to Resolve Your Template Permission Issue

Hello,

I've had a form going for several years, and on the 14th started to get these errors:

You Need to Resolve Your Template Permission Issue

You Need to Resolve Your Folder Permission Issue

We do not think we've changed any settings in google admin that would affect this. We have the google API setting right, it's not in a shared drive, and I've tried making a new template and new folder but the error persists.

Any ideas?
