Tags Not Working in Email and in Filename

I created a new Google Form for Grade Changes and am trying to use tags so that the subject in the email and the name of the file pulls the student's name from the spreadsheet but it's not working.  So instead of Bob Dylan Grade Change Form I get <<Student>> Grade Change Form. I tried recreating the form and redoing the autocrat directions and it didn't work.

Are you using the tag from the pull-out drawer. Tags for the filename need to be the title of the column. Not that merge tag that you have in your merge template.

Yes. The tags are the same tags in the Form and in Autocrat. I'm not sure what the pull-out drawer is. Is that the section where it shows the how the tags map?

In my case it occurs because in the title it was an empty space at the end of the word... Check if title has space after the word

That was it! When I looked in the pull out drawer, there was a space after the word in the tag. I fixed it in the Google Form and then everything worked. Thanks!
