Autocrat on have a 'Help' menu

Hi, this morning I noticed that my Autocrat didn't functioned as usual.

When I try to launch the Autocrat, I noticed that it only have a 'Help' menu.

I have no idea what could be the problem because my other 'Add-On' are still ok.

Am I the only I facing this problem ?

  Same here. I cannot launch the add-on because the 'Run' button has disappeared. Please fix this as soon as possible.

This morning, when I tried to use Autocrat, I noticed that after clicking Extensions → Autocrat, only the Help menu appears. The Open, Import Roster, and Get User Key options do not appear at all—only Help is shown.

I have already tried uninstalling Autocrat and reinstalling it, but the issue persists and the Open button still does not appear.

Has anyone experienced this before, or does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
