By history,  do you mean the status information?

I would  check the script to be sure it is correct.

My spreadsheet has two sheets. Each of these sheets feeds data into 8 different autocrat jobs. 

Some of the jobs need run everyday in the morning( such a morning reminder/alert which needs to be sent to same student via email) 

In order to ensure that the alert runs every morning. I have put a google script in the sheet which auto-deletes the autocrat history for that particular job.   The script deletes the execution time, name of the file, URL of the file and the ID of the merged doc. 

I have ensured that the auto-deleting script does not touch the header row as well as the first two rows of the autocrat history. 

This ran successfully for two days, but today in the morning my entire auto-crat job history has disappeared. This has happened the third time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the add-on.
