Mapping not working after updating Google form

Hello, After changing a question in the Google form the mapping for that column in the response sheet will not show the information from the new mapped name to the email. The email shows <> instead of information from the mapped column.

How can I get Autocrat to see the new mapping name? Autocrat is still holding on to the old mapping name even thou I have relinked the new name in step 3. Map source data to template.

Try changing the source to a different sheet and then back to the correct sheet.

Make sure that all references to the new title are correct.  The new title should show when you click on the vertical bar.  Click on the tag and it will be copied to the clipboard.

I'm guessing that you didn't correct the merge tag on the distribution page.

Joe, I tried your suggestion and it is still showing <> in the email 

This is frustrating the header changed from (Employees Name(s):) to (Employees Name(s) and Email Address(es):) but when I Click "preview job Details" 

it shows that Autocrat is still looking for the original header 

I have verified many times that the new mapping is correct 

This seems like a basic thing and I am surprised that no one has had this issue before. I don't understand why Autocrat is holding on to the original header. If I change the header back through the Google Form it works again.

There is got to be a way of making this change without creating everything from scratch.

Thank you. I got it to work again. I missed changing the maps in step 8. The mapping on stage 8 are easy to miss when running through the steps because for me I have to scroll them into view so I forget they are there.
