tags not labeling file

to NV Autocrat Add-on
Mt autocrat was working beautifully until 1:00 yesterday. Now it will not name the merged file per the tags. I have deleted and reloaded the tag names. Nothing.
I deleted and rebuilt the autocrat over- no file name. It's just naming the file the <<tag>> and not importing the column.
It will import the column though inside the form itself so it's talking in some places and not others.

Make sure you use the title of a column when naming a file. If you click on the vertical bar, you will see the list of names. Click on a name and it will be copied to the clipboard. Paste the value where needed.
