AutoCrat doesn´t work for shared accounts

The main spreadsheet uses Autocrat to generate PDF documents, but the problem is that document's editors (shared accounts), are not allowed to use or download Autocrat on their own access to the spreadsheet. 

How can I give access to Autocrat for multiple users at the same time?

Each person needs to add Autocrat to their list of Add-ons.  I'm not sure what your application is.  Do multiple folks need to run Autocrat?

Are you just creating a PDF or are you emailing it as well?
