Form Trigger Missing One User

I have an Autocrat job set to run on form trigger.  However, for one of my users, when she submits the Google form, it does not trigger Autocrat to run.  Once another user submits a form, it picks up that trigger and will send both of them.  Any advice?  

Also, is there an actual way to stop an Autocrat job wants it starts?

I have never discovered a way to stop Autocrat.  

If you are doing a test, put anything in the status column for all the rows you don't want to run.  Autocrat will only process rows that are empty in the status column.

Is there anything different for the person whose form submission isn't working?

You can try to turn off the triggers from the main menu and then turn them back on by editing the merge.

Update: I ended up connecting to a new spreadsheet and setting up the job again, and it seems to be working properly now.  Must have been a glitch in the matrix.  🤷‍♀️
