Autocrat not reading tags

I am getting a message to type tags manually. All tags are typed on the sheet. I need help with how to solve the problem. Will really appreciate help

If the template was copied from a different application (like Word or Powerpoint) you need to delete and retype the merge tags.
Make sure the template is a Google file. Document, spreadsheet, or presentation.
