hi, as you can see, I'm dealing with this problem for about a month already.
I've tried to uninstall and reinstall it, but it still didn't work. 
Can autocrat or someone please help me to solve this problem, I've got to finish my part of the job.

Make sure you are signed onto only one account.  Try an incognito window in Chrome.
