Autocrat will not load

I'm trying to run a mail merge off of a spreadsheet I used multiple times last week and autocrat will not load, just stays stuck on the "loading" page.  I did restart my computer and tried to open autocrat on a different spreadsheet and it's having the same issue.

Have you tried a fresh spreadsheet?

Have you changed anything on your pc?

Try and incognito window in chrome. 

If you are on a network,  did the IT folks make a change?

I'm also having this issue. It works occasionally in Incognito, but I still have to close it and reopen Autocrat multiple times to get it to load past the first page, and sometimes it still gets stuck loading on another screen after I save or change a setting, and I lose all my edits.

As mentioned, I have been using Incognito mode, and I am using it in Chrome. It works more often in Incognito, but still gets stuck on loading screens in between tasks and oftentimes on startup. And no, no changes to PC or network. Using a fresh spreadsheet didn't affect it either.
