Autocrat stopped delivering messages to recipients

Hello.. Just yesterday I tried the Autocrat tool for the first time
To create an automatic certificate and send it automatically to the student whenever he fills out a form on Google Form
The matter was done normally and successfully, but after a few experimental attempts, the messages suddenly stopped arriving
The truth is that the certificates are done perfectly and are saved in Google Sheet normally
But the message containing the PDF certificate file no longer reaches the recipients' mail
What is the solution ?
Note: I use my free Google account to send messages, not a paid account
The tool stopped sending messages after only 7 trial attempts
Sending from within Google delivers messages normally
This means that the problem is with the autocrat tool itself

Note =
Now I tried the tool again after removing it and reinstalling it again
Unfortunately, I found that creating PDF files is no longer possible just when I click in run button inside the tool.

Autocrat will not process a row that has anything in the status (4th) column that gets added. Delete the information if you need to reprocess.
Check this column for any error messages.
Are the student's email setup to not allow the messages? Try sending to yourself and if it works, it isn't Autocrat.
There is a 100 emails a day limit. If each row sends to two email addresses, that is 10 emails for five rows.

No. Six is fine. It is the number of rows that can cause you to exceed your quota. See the FAQ.
Autocrat added four columns to the tab that contains the merge. The fourth column contains the status of the merge. If there is anything in this column, Autocrat will not process it.
This is to prevent rows from being processed multiple times when that is not the intent. Read the status to determine if Autocrat sent the email.
The email could be in the student's spam folder or blocked by the student's email provider.

Autocrat is free. You need a workplace account with Google to increase the number of emails to 1500 per day.

I wanted to use the Autocrat tool to send files to students
But after I created the system and wanted to try it, it appeared to me that the transmission had failed

Did you click on the link to know more about the error?
I would think that the email was sent. See the status column. Also, there might be an email in the sent folder.

It sounds like the business account is not setup correctly. It may not allow the sending of emails outside of the business domain.
See https://www.certifyem.com/help-center. Look through the help information. I believe the writer of Certifyem has covered the bases of the settings that are required.

You need to check the spam folder. Also, check that you have the domain set to allow the sending of messages outside of your domain.
