SyntaxError: Unexpected token: F

I'm getting this error message "SyntaxError: Unexpected token: F" and Autocrat will not run.  I've uninstalled & reinstalled it, but even when I try to create a new job, I just get the "Loading . . ." screen indefinitely.  Please help.

Can you create an example of the spreadsheet and template.  They should not contain sensitive information.

I deleted all of the hidden autocrat sheets associated with the file, and was able to recreate the job!  Thank you for your help.
