I don't know what the problem is for sure but the filter only works for a match and the options provided.  If a row will not process manually, there is something wrong with the filter.

If a row runs manually, then there is something wrong with the Form Trigger.

Is Autocrat set to run on the Form Responses sheet?  

Try removing the triggers and closing Autocrat.  Open Autocrat and reset the triggers.

For example, if I have a column whose value is set based on a value submitted from the linked Google Form & I even when I specify the IF expression for that column in step 7 (Screenshot shown below), then Autocrat is unable to mail merge on the "Form submit" trigger, and one needs to manually run the job in order for Autocrat to mail merge.

Curious to see if there is some other workaround for this and, if not, whether this functionality will be built some time soon
