I did a version of Claire Trouard's fix

If you are a Google Admin you can do this version on your console

  • Go to the main left-hand menu and navigate to Directory>Users.

  • Click on the name of the affected user to open their admin account page.

  • Click on their Security settings tab.

  • Scroll down to the Connected applications section.

  • Locate Autocrat, hover over that row, and click Remove on the right side.

Why Your Jobs Are Secure
  • Where the data actually lives: Autocrat does not store your job configurations on its own external servers or inside the OAuth token. Instead, it writes your job setups directly inside each individual Google Sheet as metadata (specifically in a hidden system tab named DO NOT DELETE - AutoCrat Job Settings).

  • What you are actually deleting: When you remove third-party access, you are only destroying the digital passport (the OAuth token) that gives Autocrat permission to act on your behalf. You are not touching the spreadsheets or the data inside them.

  • The Reconnection: The moment you re-authorize Autocrat and check all those permission boxes, the add-on will read the hidden data already waiting inside your sheets, and your jobs will reappear exactly as you left them.

When that user opens Autocrat it will ask them to Authorize it. Make sure they click all the checkboxes and not just click continue.
