You are probably getting this warning message because of a time trigger.

It is not unusual for Google to have this problem.  If everything looks good, I would forget it.

The Google Sheets add-on AutoCrat is set to run automatically at a specific time interval, when a form is submitted, or both.

The add-on recently ran but was not able to complete successfully for the following reason:

OR 

Service Spreadsheets failed while accessing document with id 1zJ24lTZib9n_TT5MMr_ndRoKaJSeqbn2qBOOWQuWbE8.
