AutoCrat not able to access Google Drive? Error 403

This just started happening but now when I try to select a template from "Google Drive" I get this message:

403. That’s an error.

We're sorry, but you do not have access to this page. That’s all we know.

I don't know why it suddenly stopped working. At my work they do use an internet filter and have g-suite but from what I'm told everything is set as accessible for AutoCrat such as google drive permissions and such.

Anyone have any ideas about why this error might occur?

I've also been getting errors today. First, it is  telling me that my tags are incorrect (I've been using this same Sheet and Slide for months). It is also telling me that I do not permissions for a folder..

to both of you, are you logged in only with the google account that is using the Autocrat job you have set up. The job must be on your own drive, it cannot be on a shared drive.

I have exactly the same problem.
As an administrator, it works but not for my users. No change made since 2 years we use this extension: same job, same original file.
Everything is on My drive. folder shared with all users

Since it works for you and not others, I have to suspect a security setting someplace.  I'm not an admin and have close to zero knowledge.

Google may have made changes that require changes in the security settings.

activate "Drive SDK" option in console

I think it because you have more than one Gmail accounts in youur Chrome. Ho to fix:

1. log out from all accounts and delete other account except yours. Then try again to create Autocrat
2. Or you can try using Incognito mode to access your document and create Autocrat again
