Autocrat Triggers not working

I have been using autocrat for over two years to issue certificates through google forms. 

The auto trigger and timed trigger is no longer working. I have to go in and manually run autocrat to issue the certificates.. please help. I am manually issuing certificates for over 24 classes at this point.. it's a bit overwhelming.

What error messages are you getting? 2 possible issues. 1 you are sending out too many emails per 24 hour period. 2 you are overwhelming the ability of the Autocrat script to complete fully before you have another form submitted.

the same happens to me! no errors appear, the trigger just doesn't happen and I need to do it manually... I also need help!

Have you tried totally removing the triggers?  Then close the spreadsheet.  Open it and reset the triggers.

Do you have 24 forms and merges?  One form and merge that is used by 24 classes?  24 merge jobs in one spreadsheet?

Sometimes, the triggers get removed from an Autocrat job for reasons I don't know.  That is above my pay grade.

Knowing a little more will help.

I have one merge for 24 separate spreadsheets.  I have deleted the autocrat from one form and reinstalled it.. doesn't seem to have fixed the issue. (although i didn't close out the spreadsheet and re open it)-i ll try that next. 

I m using google forms (quiz), which feeds into a spreadsheet, the spreadsheet has a "not null" function in the "score" column. So when they take the test it auto sends them certificate. I received the email notification that a quiz has been taken.But i m having to go into each spreadsheet and manually run the autocrat.. it works fine (google scripts appear, and it shows that i ve manually run the trigger). so frustrating, that i was running fine.. then all of a sudden it stop working.

I'm confused.  You have 24 separate files (spreadsheets) or 24 sheets within a spreadsheet?  

It would be helpful if I could see the spreadsheet.  Please share with GLUA.Joe @ Gmail.com.
