Our group has used Autocrat for several years without issue. In June we began having issues with the form and response sheet that we created not working. I did the reauthorization that was required but things are still not working. Is it possible to get some trouble shooting assistance as I have not been able to figure out why our Google form and spreadsheet is no longer creating the form we need from the template we created. Some people in our environment had trouble because they did not allow all permissions to Autocrat when re-authorizing it. I would suggest deleting Autocrat on the trigger owner's Google connections, and then when they re-run Autocrat from the sheet, it should let them check the boxes to re-authorize all permissions.
