how to insert in PDF generate with Autocrat images coming from google form

Hi all, hope as usual to solve my problem thanks community.

The link of photos uploaded with goolge form doesnt work in Autocrat: i found a way, putting in another column this formula, and using it instead of original image link:
It works BUT ... not with news entry.
A new entry is a new row (not written in existing row...so it doesnt find formula....
I need to put the formula in Header...maybe is the way... BUT i am not able to write it...
Any ideas?

In row 2-3-4 there is thw formula, in the newest one NOT...

Dear sir, single photo certificate will generated, but double photo certificate can't generated, if any formulates having? If you have any google sheet formulate kindly share with me.

See Two photos per page.  The trick with the template is to click on Format in the second text box.  From there you can set the size of the text box.
