Unable to Select Templates from My Drive

There are 4 or 5 teachers at my school that would like to start using Autocrat again. We used it several years ago for a project and it worked great, but nobody has tried to use it again lately until last week. 

Anyway, any time we try to select a template from our Google Drive (either a Google Doc or Google Slides), we are unable to select anything. We don't get an error -- we just can't select anything. We can, however, click the "Create a Template" and then use the Google Doc it creates to make our own form. 

I had our tech department check the API in our Google Admin console (attached), and they said they are granting permission. 

Anyone have an idea what's going on?

Try giving permissions to your personal Gmail account.  Sign onto this account when not on the school's network.  If it works and I expect it will, then there are settings someplace that need changing.

So nothing happens when you click on a file to be used in step 2?

Have you tried uninstalling Autocrat and reinstalling?
