Autocrat Email blocked and rejected for all email outside our google domain organization

Could anyone help me figure out why my Autocrat emails are all being blocked and returned as rejected? All except emails sent to users who exist within our organization domain.

I would start with the Workplace administrator. I suspect there is a rule in place to prevent emails outside of your organization.
