Error: AutoCrat won't fetch tags that are from copy & paste.

Hi all,

So I have been playing around with AutoCrat for 2 days now and at first it seemed great, but now everything I try to do results in the same error message and I am unable to go into the software and delete my existing job due to this error. 

When I first launch AutoCrat, I get this error code:

To rectify this error, I went into my slides template and re-typed out each tag to ensure none of them were copy pasted in, however I also changed the title of my template document (which in hindsight, I shouldn't have done). I still keep getting the same error code, even though I changed the name back.

I then made new versions of the slides template and google sheet, uninstalled the app, cleared my browsing data & cookies thinking I would be able to start from scratch, but the same error code is appearing once re-installed. When I close this error box and try to start a new job, it just goes into a continuous loading mode.

Please can someone help suggest how I can overcome this issue.

Try renaming the hidden sheet that Autocrat creates.

If that doesn't work, I would try creating a new spreadsheet.  Then copy your data into the new spreadsheet.

If the spreadsheet is from a Google form, create a new output destination from the Google Form.
