Email error invalid argument filename

Hello dears,

I have been using autocrat for quite sometime and never faced Anny issue
 I'm facing an issue recently while sending emails using the tool. So it merges the file correctly and adds the link and everything and when it comes to sending emails, it writes in the status section that email error sending emails:Invalid argument:filename.

Could you please guide me through the solution for this issue .

I would double-check my setup Is that exactly what is in the status column?

Thanks!  I was hoping that would give me a clue but it doesn't.  Does the file name have any special characters?

Thank you so much for your keenness to help. 

Actually the file name takes this format  Offer Letter - Candidate Name - Candidate Job as we are using it to send job offer emails.

The things is, sometimes it sends emails normally sometimes it doesn't

Look for what is different in the rows that fail.  First you tell us that it doesn't work and now you tell us that it works sometimes.

Do you have characters in the file name that are not allowed in a file name?  I'm thinking special characters.
