error in triggers

hi,

my trigger on form submit is enabled but when i try to test it and submit a report, nothing is happening.

need your help on this.

Are you using a Google Form?  The form trigger only works with a Google form.

Try turning the triggers off from the main menu.  Then close Autocrat.  Open Autocrat and reset the triggers.
