Changing the sender

I changed the owner of the spreadsheet from me to someone else, but the notifications sent from Autocrat still show as coming from me. Do I need to do anything else?

See FAQ you need to change Trigger owner for the Autocrat job.  

"When a job is run via a time or form trigger, it is run on behalf of the trigger owner.  This means any emails sent by those jobs will be sent from the trigger owner’s email address."
