creating its own jobs

When i open autocrat it has created its own weirdly names jobs. then when i create my own, and push the play button, it does not merge then it defaults to a newly weird name and no longer has the share option. This morning all my jobs were gone. I did uninstall the app and then reinstalled again. This is my only option and need to get these reports sent.

My first thoughts:  Create a new spreadsheet and start over.  

Try to find an earlier version of the spreadsheet that works.  Under Fie, see revision history.

I have tried both. The problem it has never worked but once and there were no changes from the time it worked to it not working. Even tried to use another google account and copy/pasted the data in it and still same thing. I also deleted the hidden sheets and started over.

Hi Amanda,

I feel your pain! 

The only time I've seen something similar to this was a problem with the Job ID in the hidden  DO NOT DELETE - AutoCrat Job Settings tab on the sheet. 

A fix we tried at the time was to delete the data (highlighted below) in the Job ID (Column A) of the Job we were having problems with. Then we reopened Autocrat, selected the job, edited it (passing through all of the set-up options and resaved it). This forced a new Job and Job ID in the hidden sheet. Then we deleted the row for the original Job ID. For our problem it worked, not sure if it will help you, but it's something else to try and may work.

Also, if there are 'extra' jobs in the hidden sheet try deleting them as well.

Make sure you are signed onto only one account.

Autocrat will not work with a Shared or Team drive.

Try an incognito window in Googe Chrome.

Try a different computer.
